We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel and the fresh flowers on every floor. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, and the location was conveniently just a short walk from the railway station. We also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere in the hallways and the beautiful views of the mountain from our room's window.

We felt very cared for during our stay and have no complaints.

The total stay was pleasant in a business trip. Actually, the room was spacious, it also had a shower, a hairdryer, and towels. It was in the best possible location next door to Ethnographic Museum.

I was offered a room with excellent views of the mountain. I greatly enjoyed that there were a wide range of facilities in the room such as: central heating and cable channels

the staff was superbly friendly at all times. i had an extremely spacious room with comfy bed and climate control and multi-channel television. mountain view was a pleasant bonus. the breakfast was good, the check in was quick.

Hotel was simple and great and I thoroughly enjoyed the food there, it was exceptional. The room was impeccable and clean and what's more - included a shower, hair dryers, and towels. Enjoyed city view. The property had a central setting to the cable car.

Location: the hotel was so close to the centre of the town, the mountain ceahlau and Piatra Neamt. Also, it was located around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Cucuteni Eneolithic Art Museum.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with key attractions and restaurants in close proximity. The bar at the top floor had an amazing view. Breakfast was abundant and of good quality.

The hotel had some outdated facilities and the room was not very spacious. The bed was smaller than expected.

The highlight of my stay at this hotel was the breathtaking mountain views that I could enjoy from my room. It felt like I was waking up in the middle of a picturesque postcard every morning.

This hotel is located on the main street in the heart of the city with an incredible view of the mountains. The lobby is grand, and rooms are spacious with functional air conditioners and TV. The staff is friendly, and breakfast is included in the low cost.

The amenities like hairdryer and TV are outdated, and the quality of the Internet is poor.

The room at Grand Hotel Ceahlau was absolutely amazing. The bed was so comfortable, and the air conditioning kept it nice and cool. I loved having a flat-screen TV to unwind with after a long day exploring Piatra Neamt. And the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking!

Personally, I found the wardrobe a bit small for all my belongings. But that's just my opinion, others might still find it sufficient.
